Join us for the official launch of the RAK People Hub Training Center, a government-led platform designed to strengthen workforce capabilities, connect talent with trusted development opportunities, and support the future of human capital in Ras Al Khaimah.
The launch will bring together government leaders, HR professionals, private-sector executives, trainers, mentors, capability providers and industry partners for a day of meaningful dialogue, knowledge exchange and professional networking.
The programme will feature expert-led conversations on two key topics shaping the future of the workforce: Artificial Intelligence in HR, exploring practical applications, governance, trust and the evolving role of people professionals; and Emirati Fresh-Graduate Market Integration, bringing together perspectives from employers and industry leaders to discuss workforce readiness, employer expectations and stronger pathways into the workplace.
