RAK People Hub is the platform of the Department of Human Resources, Government of Ras Al Khaimah. It connects government entities with RAK Verified trainers, mentors and training providers, and publishes public events, the government training calendar, research papers and HR learning content.

Yes. Every public page is available in English and Arabic. Use the language menu at the top of any page to switch.

Trainers and government entity users can submit articles from their portals. Every article is reviewed against the publishing guidelines before it is published.

A RAK Verified trainer or mentor is someone whose application, experience and supporting documents have been reviewed and approved by the Department of Human Resources. Verified profiles are listed in the public trainer directory and can be invited to government training opportunities.

1. Open Get Verified and choose Trainer Registration or Mentor Registration.
2. Enter your details: specialisations, years of experience, fees per hour and per day, LinkedIn profile and a short bio.
3. Upload your CV or certifications as a PDF.
4. Submit the request. The Department of Human Resources reviews it and contacts you by email.
5. Once approved, you receive access to the Trainer Portal and your profile appears in the directory.

You need a CV or certifications in PDF format, a UAE mobile number, a LinkedIn profile URL, at least one year of experience, and your fees per hour and per day in AED.

Yes. Your profile stays in the RAK People Hub directory, but you can ask search engines not to show it. Switch off "Show my profile in search engines" in your Trainer Portal profile.

Open Provider Registration and complete the form: company details (legal name, manager and TRN), contact details, primary emirate, areas of expertise, delivery languages, years in operation and a company introduction. Upload your trade licence, company profile (PDF) and the manager's CV. Accreditations, trainers' CVs and a logo are optional. The Department of Human Resources reviews the application before the provider is listed.

Yes. Training providers based in any of the seven emirates can apply; choose your primary emirate on the registration form.

Government entities publish training opportunities on RAK People Hub. An opportunity is either open to all verified vendors or sent to invited vendors. Vendors submit a proposal with their price, and the entity selects one with a written justification. The contract, delivery and rating then happen on the platform.

Open the event's page and complete the registration form under Register to Attend. Registration is free. When seats are limited and the event is full, you can join the waiting list.

No. Registration for events published on RAK People Hub is free.

The training calendar lists the training programmes organised by the Department of Human Resources, Government of Ras Al Khaimah, month by month, with dates and locations. Where registration is open, you can register from the programme on the calendar.

Every certificate issued through RAK People Hub has a verification link or QR code. Open the link or scan the code, or paste it on the Verify a certificate page: it shows whether the certificate is valid, has been revoked, or was not found.
