I have a solid career within the (Total Reward, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, HR Reporting, HR Budgeting and employees’ relations) function(s) however I made sure that within my career to be exposed to all other HR activities (L&D, Recruitment, internal communication, ... etc.).
