I am an educational leader, certified trainer, and curriculum specialist with over 20 years of experience in education, professional development, and instructional leadership across the UAE. I hold a Master's degree in Arabic Language with Distinction and First Class Honors from Ajman University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with Distinction.
Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered numerous training programs and workshops for teachers, school leaders, and educational institutions in areas including curriculum development, teaching and learning, educational leadership, literacy, assessment, AI in education, and digital learning. I have extensive experience in adult learning, training needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and evaluating training impact.
