Bassem Emad is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Consulting
International as well as the President of Emergenetics International – Egypt.
After spending a number of years in a leading role in foreign financial market investments, Bassem decided to devote the rest of his life to investing in
global leadership multiplication since 2007. Thus, he with three other Egyptian partners founded Aspire with the mission of: “Building Leaders,
Transforming Nations”.
Aspire is now a leading consulting and training firm that has empowered hundreds of corporates, community-based organizations and youth in various
communities. Aspire uses a remarkable training methodology that relies on the use of experiential learning and sport for development.
In 2009, Bassem became a member of the leadership team of a global leadership movement in over 200 countries using the universal language of sports in
transforming people’s lives and building influential leaders. Mr. Emad completed his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A), Management
Consultancing in 2014 from the University of Wales. In 2020 Bassem was certified in the field of Future Thinking and Forecasting Skills from the Institute for
the Future. And in early 2021, he was certified as a Mental Health Coach.
Bassem has extensive experience in supporting individuals and teams in leadership development and teamwork; his expertise also lies in being an
executive coach, consultant, trainer and facilitator.
He trained on topics such as Strategic and Project Planning, Performance Management, Entrepreneurship, Consulting, Business Strategy, Change
Management, Management Consulting, Product Innovation, Corporate Culture Transformation, and Leadership Pipeline.
Over the past 20 years, Bassem has delivered a wide range of training programs across diverse areas of expertise. In addition to his training work, he has
delivered public speeches and professional development programs across multiple countries, including the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia,
gaining extensive Gulf market experience. His work spans various industries such as banking, government, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and
FMCG, where he has inspired business leaders to align their work with purpose and drive meaningful impact.
Mr. Emad also serves as a board member for several startups, including Aspire’s branches in South Africa, Uzbekistan, and the UAE, contributing strategic
guidance and leadership to support their growth and expansion.
