About
Hi, I'm Fatma. I work in finance for a global hospitality group, and over the past five years I've learned that the people side of work is what really shapes a career. I'm a people person at heart, and I've been recognised for my potential as a future leader, but what I'm proudest of is being someone others feel comfortable turning to.
As a mentor, I'll be your honest, supportive voice. I listen first, I keep things practical, and I'll tell you what I really think, always with kindness. I can help you with:
Working out your career direction and next steps
Building a strong CV and preparing for interviews
Communicating with confidence in the workplace
Handling your first years at work, including the tricky moments nobody warns you about
I believe everyone has more potential than they realise, and sometimes it just takes someone in your corner to see it. You don't need a perfect plan to reach out. Come as you are, and let's take the next step together.
